Pricing Packages 2022

Daytime Standard Package - €245
This is a typical photo shoot that is suitable for most homes that can be photographed during daytime hours (before 4pm).  
●    25 finished digital images are delivered.
●    Basic post-processing of the photos in Photoshop and Lightroom.
●    Next-day delivery of photos unless restrictions occur beyond our control.

Daytime Premium Package - €325
This is a good listing option for mid-range listings where more care needs to be taken to produce the best result. The biggest difference in this package is that we spend more time preparing the home for each shot.  We’ll move couches around (with homeowner’s approval), tidy up loose things in the kitchen, etc).  This takes a lot of time, but produces a nicer result.  Shoot must occur during daytime hours.
●    25 finished digital images are delivered. Format will be pre arranged.
●    Basic post-processing of all photos in Photoshop and Lightroom.
●    Premium post-production of the exterior photo as well as main kitchen photo.  This may involve sky replacements, content-aware fill, and other more time consuming post-production techniques that produce a better finished photo.
●    Off-Camera flash techniques used in main living areas to produce a more polished result.
●    48 hrs delivery of photos unless restriction occur beyond our control.

Twilight Premium Package - €435
Photos taken at twilight are the absolute best way to photograph a home.  This can either be done right at sunrise, or at sunset.  The exterior of a home with a deep blue night sky looks absolutely stunning, but takes much more from the photographer to produce the shoot quickly and at a set time, thus the premium cost.
●    Flash is used on the front elevation of the home to produce a gorgeous look to the photo
●    30 finished digital images are delivered. Format will be pre arranged.
●    Premium post-production of all photos.  This may involve sky replacements, content-aware fill, and other more in-depth post-production that produce a better finished photo.
●    Off-Camera flash techniques used in all areas of the home to produce a more polished result.
●    Next-day delivery of photos unless restrictions occur beyond our control.

Video Walkthrough - Add €140 to above prices if videos are included. TJB PHOTO do not offer video only shoots.
Nothing gives a potential buyer a better view of the home than a video walkthrough.  This is much more than a “virtual tour” that is merely a slideshow of photos. 

All packages:
Properties over 300m2 but under 600m2 not including balconies or verandahs, please add €90 to above prices. For properties above 600m2 TJB PHOTO will negotiate a shoot rate.

Scope of Services
TJB PHOTO reserves the right to send any of its photographers or sublicensed photographers to complete the work contracted with the client. I do not complete all of the photo shoots for the company, but all photos must meet the company standards, and remember that we provide a 100% money-back guarantee on every shoot.  By contracting for a shoot with TJB PHOTO, you agree that TJB PHOTO retains all ownership rights to the photos taken and may use the photos on its website, to advertise its services, or for any other means. TJB PHOTO grants the rights to real estate agents contracting its services to use the photos taken during a shoot in connection with selling the home (show on MLS, your website, etc). TJB PHOTO will never offer the photo images, finished or otherwise to the home owner or others without the explicit instruction of the client. TJB PHOTO will store the photo shoot originals and edited on its server for a period of 5 years, after which the files will be deleted. 

Commercial food photographers will tell you that it is the hardest role for photographers to price. TJB PHOTO will take into account the following when pricing a food shoot.

• Client Budget
• Photographers day rate
• Client premises or studio shoot
• Is flash required
• Are light reflectors, filters studio lighting required
• How many product shots required
• User defined images
• Image post processing

Thats one way of assessing costs for a shoot.

TJB PHOTO can provide the following prices that take into account the above.
*nb Please note these prices do not include fees to any food stylist. These fees are met by client. TJBPhoto would strongly recommend the use of a food stylist who would prepare the plate to show off your food for the best image possible.

Basic Shoot - € 245 max 4 hours

Day rate shoot on client premises
12 products max. Products to be ready ( where possible ) prior to shoot
24 images of high resolution, format agreed at least one day before shoot
Flash used where necessary to produce dazzling images.
Post processing with Photoshop to remove any defects attracted during shoot.

From time to time TJB PHOTO may be requested to carry out one off commissions. These may be the odd portrait, human or pet. We may be requested to photograph a car or motorbike that needs to be advertised. For these shoots TJB PHOTO can return a shoot price within 24 hours.
TJB PHOTO do not carry out any wedding photography or save the day photography.
